Sun protection:

Sun Exposure – Believe it or not, many people who already have red skin and even water bubbles, will return to the beach for more UV rays, and even more serious damage to the skin. 3. Keep the burned areas moist: Gently apply aloe, but avoid rubbing the area as you apply the moisturizer.
4. Avoid popping or peeling the blisters: This does take a bit of concentration as the blisters do itch.
5. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as Tylenol.
6. Get some extra rest: Your body is healing, give it break.
