In place of butter or cooking oil use olive oil. Olive oil contains more Omega 3 fatty acids.Drink plenty of water this helps in detoxifying the body. Body and mind will become fresh.Food should be taken in less quantity for many times.It is not good to eat sitting before television or computer. There is a danger of eating more food than required.
